Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Eventiqs Finance ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Eventiqs Finance is a financial tracking and accounting tool that helps organizations manage transactions, budgets, and financial reports. The Service uses artificial intelligence (AI) to parse uploaded documents (PDF, Excel) and provide automated categorization and analysis.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. AI-Powered Features — Disclaimer

The Service uses third-party AI services (including Anthropic's Claude API) to analyze uploaded financial documents and provide automated categorization, budgeting suggestions, and financial summaries.

  • AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
  • AI outputs do not constitute financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all AI-generated data before relying on it.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.

6. Data Processing by AI Services

When you upload financial documents, the content of those documents may be sent to third-party AI service providers (currently Anthropic) for processing. By using the upload and AI features, you acknowledge and consent to this data transfer. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

  • We are not liable for any financial losses, damages, or consequences arising from the use of or reliance on the Service, including but not limited to AI-generated outputs.
  • We are not responsible for errors in transaction categorization, budget calculations, exchange rate conversions, or any other automated processing.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. No Financial Advice

Eventiqs Finance is not a financial advisor, accountant, or tax consultant. The Service is a tool for organizing and visualizing financial data. Any decisions made based on the Service's output are solely your responsibility.

9. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, its code, design, and features are the intellectual property of Eventiqs Teknoloji A.S.
  • You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service.
  • You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, abusive behavior, or unauthorized use. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

11. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
